The lessons are well informed with all the critical things you need to know I like the variations of teaching like you can listen to the lessons audio
I am still not agreeing with rapeseed oil in any diet. The course is ok but could go into a bit more depth of the vitamins, minerals & nutrients needed for especially elderly
The modules are easy to work at your own pace. the audio feature is great as can download the content and listen through the day or while travelling etc.
