I recently completed a Breathwork Practitioner Course, and I can't express enough how transformative this experience has been! 🌟 The course was structured beautifully, offering a perfect blend of theory and practical application. From the very first module, I felt engaged and inspired by the depth of knowledge shared.
I learnt a lot from this course even though I have been exposed to CBT concepts in the past. The material was clear and informative and the website easy to navigate.

The course is very thorough and the content is relevant and well structured to aid short and long-term learning. It is comprehensive with practical exercises in the form of case studies and quizzes to explore and evaluate how well the information is learnt and areas for improvement. I appreciate the different learning format to assist busy students who might favour learning on the go to match their schedule. Also the course progression from one topic area to the next is not haphazard but rather well organized. It is also not overwhelming which could impede absorption of information, which allows for critical analysis of all the information shared. Very thoughtful and timely course.
