it was a very very narrowed down form of the basics of meditation, but it got what I needed to know across and opened my mind to so many new practices

Information is interesting and informative. There are lots of errors in the content with regard to spelling and missing parts that then don’t translate in the quizzes, including different responses for the suggested answer compared to what is in the module information. Lots of spelling and grammar errors too! Also a bit confused about how the quizzes feed into the certification, etc. And whether we get ‘graded’ or what happens with the answers.
I just completed the Trauma Healing Coach Certification, and it has been an incredibly enriching and eye-opening experience. The course is well-structured, practical, and deeply supportive, offering clear guidance on trauma-informed care, somatic healing, mindfulness, and effective coaching skills. I gained valuable tools that I can confidently apply in real-life situations, both personally and professionally. The content was easy to understand, yet powerful enough to create meaningful change in how I approach trauma healing. I highly recommend this certification to anyone who wants to support others with compassion, knowledge, and a strong trauma-informed foundation. Truly grateful for this learning journe
I am quite happy with the NLP course. Even though I’ve been active in this field for many years, I still discovered new and valuable details. After each chapter, I genuinely felt myself improving. The course helped me refresh my knowledge and grow my skills, and I’m very glad I took it.
