Ayurveda course
I have found this course really useful for someone studying Ayurveda for the first time. The content are easy to follow through and I love learning the information from this course. I have already made changes in my lifestyle after studying it to test it and it's still an ongoing process. It is ok but would be better if it was interactive with videos its a bit boring just reading or audio and it quite text heavy.

Very informative!
