This is by far the best foundational IFS course I have found and recommend it to anyone. Once you complete this, all the other training on the matter will make sense.

I enjoy how the case studies pull the content from the module together in an authentic example.
The course was very beneficial ,I learned a lot and I can apply now especially that I have a dementia patient at home . I can benefit and apply on daily basis.

Impactful, edcuational and enlighrening. I especially like the case studies.
I was, at first, disappointed that there were no video recordings to observe but the course is actually quite informative and the audio recordings do help even tho there are no videos.
