I am very excited to be learning with this program. They provide so many real-life examples and gives a good mix of scenarios that you can imagine encountering. I love the audio options as well. Also, the magnifying glass is a great addition to understand and search some of the new terms being used. Good information presented systematically. Unfortunately, I did not see there is audio content until module 9. Really helped me as a neurodiverse individual. Had trouble downloading certificate at the end, but hopefully they can help me.
This course is great when you are working with dementia patients. I am learning a lot that will help me in my journey at an assisted living facility.
