The course is very comprehensive; it covers aspects of recovery I wasn't expecting to review, which were very important in building the knowledge required to guide clients into effective recovery.
It was a good learning experience. This has definitely increased my confidence in my career. I will continue to revise what i have learnt just to keep abreast with research going on in this industry. Please improve on answering the assignments. It has been difficult to respond to lesson assignments. Clicking the pen did not work for me I don't know why.
I view this course as good to go alongside a more in depth qualification to give a basic understanding only.
This course is a good basic overview of somatic coaching. If you want to be more specialised you can go into one of the many somatic options. I feel confident adding this to my Life Coaching practice and helping my clients with their chronic stress and pain. As with all courses, the more you put in with doing the exercises and homework the more confident you can feel applying this into your coaching practice.
The material was excellent and the exercises reinforced the learning objectives. Additionally, the exercises created opportunities to explore the material in more depth and in practical/real life situation. 100% recommend this course.

Honestly, great course . Most certainly feeling more confident and eager to use my newly learned skills.
The course covers the basics very well, however some of the case studies are a little too cut and dry. In my experience DMT tripsare not so clearly defined. The job, status, and emotional state of the client is not always reflected in a trip, which can be completely unconcerned with your previous desires or expectations. For the cost, the course helped me work on my 'language' concerning coaching, which was beneficial. I also liked the last few chapters, they were more 'hands on'.
