Des erreurs
Cours intéressant mais parfois difficile à comprendre. Des erreurs entre la description des respirations et les vidéos correspondantes. ERREURS même dans le test final. Vidéos sur les respirations trop rapides , on aurait besoin de détails et d’explications.
