This certification had a lot of great information and resources to look into the research behind the training. It is mostly reading and writing. I have ADHD and I am a more visual and kinesthetic learner, so I would have preferred to have example videos included and maybe some more colorful charts and handouts. At least I have the information to make my own now with my clients.
Overall the course was OK. It is a lot of reading and it is clearly AI generated so some of it is missing a human touch. Some of the techniques are frequently repeated and some of the ideas are a bit outdated, such as using zones of regulation which is not always brilliant for neurodivergent people.
I thought some of the questions for the end of module test were strangely worded and didn't really give you clear understanding of what they were asking.
I am glad I did it and it would be good if you are new to the field. or to give yourself a starter into coaching for neurodivergent people.
There is a lot of very good information in this course
For the most part this course is full of great content. With academic research to back up the statements that it makes. Lots of citations to peer reviewed research papers.
The only reasons it doesn't get a five star rating is that there is a lot of repetition both within modules and between modules. I understand the need for reinforcing concepts so that they are fully understood but some of the repitition was unnecessary.
The other reason is the system used to present the material is a little buggy. It crashed on me a lot and lost my place in the course.
But those things are easily overlooked given the quality of the course materials. I recommend this course if you are serious about deepening your knowledge of the menopause transition.
I appreciated the richness of the content, especially the practical tips and actionable strategies for working with clients, which I found very valuable. It would be even more beneficial to complement the material with video components, such as short summaries or demonstrations, to enhance understanding and engagement.
this course was wonderful as for all the very detailed information and was very helpful and insightful. It also had wonderful guidance and direction at the end, regarding completion of the certification and next steps. The only change or input I would add is that the quizzes are a little heavy and maybe more efficient if structured as multiple multiple-choice fill in the blank or select all that apply.
A course with some great tools and strategies to coach those with ADHD to successful outcomes. It would be nice to learn more about the coaching process itself..
I enjoyed the course, but it is a bit repetitive; each module talks about basic concepts from the previous module. It is important to review, but it felt like, " Why is this being explained again, as if it was the first time?"
I think it would be better if exams were reviewed by a real person to see whether the student truly understands the material.
Requiring answers to match the exact wording doesn’t always reflect a learner’s real understanding. Sometimes even a small difference in punctuation or wording can mark an answer as incorrect, even though the meaning is essentially the same.
If assessments allowed for a bit more flexibility, it would better reflect what students actually understand rather than just whether they typed the exact expected phrase.I think it would be better if exams were reviewed by a real person to see whether the student truly understands the material.

I definitely learned a lot from this course. It was a great way to see positivity and learn to help others apply strategies in their own life.
The only reason why I didn't give five stars was because the quizzes were a bit quirky. The answers were not suing language directly from the text making it difficult to understand what the true answer was. Also, there were a few vague questions and answers on the final test.
So far so good. I do wish that the exercises shared were printable but that's okay. I like the ease of doing this course on my own time frame and I am enjoying what I'm learning. I think this will greatly help me at my job as a job coach for adults with disabilities.
