Very good information, but need a little bit more padding out if places (eg: joint health). However, a good starting point and I thoroughly enjoyed the reading material. Also, easy to follow steps during the process. Thank you.
I've been meditating for 35 years, went to all sorts of meditation classes and groups and this certificate will help support all the knowledge that I already have.
I found it to be a very comprehensive course with a lot of case studies and examples. I especially enjoyed the earlier modules about the biology behind, the explanations on how to respond to certain situations and why, the resources provided.
I found this content to be relevant and well researched. However, the delivery method of either reading a .pdf or listening to the .pdf read in an audio file was rather disappointing. I would have preferred some meaningful visual content and interactive elements to help with retention and focus.

Having a fair amount of knowledge already on this subject, i was surprised at how much more i learnt from this course.

Overall I found the course thought provoking in terms of working with a neurodiverse population.
I would suggest this course is best suited for people who already have coaching experience or have worked in a similar field. I would have struggled with some aspects of this course (or needed to do lots of additional research/reading) had I not come from a highly related background with pre-existing knowledge of techniques such as Motivational Interviewing, CBT & Socratic Questioning.
At times I found the material to be repetitive and poorly organised. There was also a very heavy focus on the organisation and time management difficulties linked with ADHD and I felt that this perhaps missed the opportunity to explore some of the other struggles that this neurotype can present as well.
Having said that, there is a good deal that I will take away and think about in practice and I would consider other courses if they were relevant.
I found the course to be an "efficient" baseline for life coaching. I noticed a couple of areas where the course needs to be up-dated (for example, one module mentioned outdated technologies like Skype, long extinct). Since I am a visual person, visual representations of different models would have been useful for me but I decided to see that as an opportunity to map them out visually myself in my notes. The Audio was also appreciated. I wish they would have some video lessons - perhaps in the future? I found that the site was "buggy" during the quizes : while the instructions indicated answers could be changed or the quiz retaken, that was not my experience. Hence, 4 starts not 5. but, all around, interesting and useful course as I journey on this path.
Grief couch classes was a learning tool for me. I was able to do it at my own pace. As I go through this journey with others who have lost their loved one . This is a great tool!
I probably will look into others classes soon. Thank you for the educational, and materials.
