Ocean Therapy
I totally enjoyed this course as in myself I learnt a lot about the ocean and how it can benefit us all in our life. This course gave simple yet effective ideas and practices that we can incorporate somewhere in our every day life and give us the much needed self care that we need in this hectic life. It is really important to our holistic health to keep ourselves on track and not be swallowed up and subjected to unneeded stress. Thank you for taking the time to offer this course.

Neuroscience coaching
The course was full of useful information concerning memory, addiction, learning, language and basic nervous system functions. However, I expected a little more information on how to apply helpful strategies for the coaching client. A good portion of the course seemed more appropriate for a therapist in training than for a coach. Though the information in the course is, overall, very useful, I think the course material should be proofread to remove the numerous misspellings and the few but difficult to decipher sentences. On the whole, I think it was a very useful course and I'm looking forward to completing another.
