More Than a Certification — A Calling

Completing my Assisted Equine Therapy certification has been one of the most meaningful and transformational experiences of my life. This journey deepened not only my understanding of horses and holistic wellness, but also my understanding of myself, human connection, emotional regulation, and the power of authentic presence. What I appreciated most about this program was the balance between ethical equine care, trauma-informed practices, somatic awareness, and the recognition of horses as true co-facilitators in the healing process.
