Great information, but boring in presentation

It's a textbook that you read - pdfs. That's it. I thought it would be laid out as eLearning with handson/engaging materials, so I was disappointed not only from a learner's perspective, but also from an accessibility perspective.

Time to impact my community

I took this course to not only educate myself about forest Therapy but to give sessions to my community. I am a huge advocate for self care. I am a veteran and a mom so I am always seeking some time to connect with nature and learn more about myself. This course gave me so much information to hold sessions properly and implement it in my everyday life. Can't wait to start creating blogs and hosting sessions indoor and outdoor!

Good start

Just on section 2 but it's easy grasped and some good information already!

It is a River

So far the text, video, quizzes have moved at different places but always forward. I am grateful for the research that supports the techniques. I am enjoying it.

The course info was clearly laid out and the self paced learning was good to be able to do. I also used the audio at times rather than reading directly the material but having it downloaded meant I could cross reference it too.

So Far So Good

I am enjoying it, reading like a text book so far, and hoping it is more dynamic moving forward

Effective and Rich

I am getting a great deal from this course. I am taking my time, and allowing what I learn to sink in. It is aligned with my lifestyle and experience as a wildcraft herbalist, my background in psychology, and spiritual concepts.

Origins of forest therapy

Interesting learning about the concept of trees as living organisms and how we are connected to that natural world.
