Module 2-Impact of the Environment on Humans

Very interesting. I haven't realized the significant bond that humans should have with the trees. I have always been drawn to the energy of the woods as well as household plants but hadn't really studied the "why" until starting this course.

The course was excellent

I didn't know that Sylvotherapy existed, let alone "forest bathing" until I saw an ad on Facebook. The ad likely popped up because I was in Yosemite and I was unknowingly practicing forest bathing and connecting with nature instinctively. I was doing it because I always "feel better" physically after spending time in the forest and/or nature. So, the course was a surprise for me and I signed up immediately. I am not sure how or if I will use the knowledge and the certification professionally, because this was something I did for myself!

I signed up for this course for the sole purpose of educating myself, and I learned so much. I really enjoyed this course, and appreciated that it was self paced.
