Alma Oasis was created in 2023, brought to life from the shared vision of two individuals captivated by the beauty and mystery of daily life but also by the climate problems and unmet solutions in our society. Our vision is to inspire the environmentally curious and encourage change in individual behaviors to have a positive impact on the earth, however large or small.
‘Alma’ means the soul, reflecting the essence of our being and ‘Oasis’ signifies a flourishing ecosystem in an otherwise arid world. Together, Alma Oasis represents the harmonious coexistence of the human spirit and nature, a place where individuals learn to thrive on a constantly evolving planet.
It was really wonderful and fun learning about different cultural, sociological, biochemical, practical therapeutic techniques, and so much more. I was really impressed with the quality of the course, how much information and research has gone into this course. It truly has opened my eyes and reminded me of the beautiful healing qualities of the ocean, whether living close to the sea or city-bound away from the ocean. Thank you, I'm looking forward to taking other courses to build on my knowledge for myself, family, friends, and patients/clients.
I thought it was very interesting, I loved learning about all this since I'm planning on moving to the country and living in a more sustainable way, however even is you live in the city it has value to offer. It creates conscience of our way of living in the cities and what's coming in the future if we continue in the same path. I truly believe some of these topics should be taught in school. The house was easy to understand and practical I will continue looking in to this courses.
I was thinking for a while to take cource on Sylvotherapy. I am happy i took this one. It provides good deep information and I feel ready to take first steps as a practitionier.
I really liked it. I finish with a sens of having new knowledges very interesting. I live right beside the Bay of Gaspé and not only do I see water at each moment of my life but I also go all the time. My joy will be the same going there but I feel like having a new insight and a tool for my personal life and something valuable and intelligent to share with others. Thank you very much. It was a great joy to participate in such a meaningful learning experience. As I currently lead eco-sensibility (spirituality) programs focused on climate, environment, and forests at the Christian Environmental Education Center, this course will be incredibly helpful. I look forward to continuing my learning journey and striving to share these insights with others.
