It was great. However, I was looking for more information about plants and how to use them practically. Not so much linked to emotions. Other than that it was good.

This was not a quick short cut to CEUs, but was very informative There is so much good information on the Polyvagal Theory, and a freat learning experience.
Would recommend this course as a very precise course for herbal education.

this is an informative course that covers many of the ailments people around me deal with. I am happy to be informed about some of the natural remedies that exist to reduce the suffering caused by many of the most common conditions. I appreciate how the information is delivered in a very straight forward context without extra fluff.
