I learned a few things.
In depth & succinct.
It was okay, I have to really focus to understand but I got there anyway. Thank you
The training was clearly laid out, well structured for independent learning.
the material is great, the quizzes and final exam are easy if you know how the system works. if you're committed to understanding jung and jungian practice nothing will replace actually reading all of his publications and those of his students. I would have liked at least a bibliography (or a DOI) of all the studies mentioned in the material; even better yet, would be to gain access to the pdfs of the studies themselves so we can read directly from the authors.
The wording was realistic, uncomplicated and reflected the examples provided making it believable.
I've been meditating for 35 years, went to all sorts of meditation classes and groups and this certificate will help support all the knowledge that I already have.
i found it very confusing that the acupressure holding and sedation points where named for example: for Lung meridian - L1, you named it 1P. what does the P stand for? and the Galbladder point GB41 you named 41VB. You did not provide any source or explanation of the changing letters. My acupuncture books and TFH by John Thie use the English meridian letter with the point number which makes perfect sense. You marked my one answer wrong when it was right also. The Adductor muscles belongs to the Heart Master / pericardium meridian and not the Liver.
This is a great overview of somatic coaching. I would have loved visual examples of the techniques explained.
This was very informative and a great start for a new business model to follow. I can also see so many other areas someone can utilize this model within their life.
Some of the information is presented haphazardly and needs editing. Aside from that it is solid and reflects what other similar courses are offering. Do your own research and extra study to round it out and you're good
The course was good and interesting. I would like to have something that certifies who many hours i have studied.
it is a USA course, so if you live anywhere else (like me) there are a few things that are not relevant. Overall great though, highly recommend.
I really enjoyed the course. It introduced many different topics to me and explained them in simple language with appropriate examples. It also encouraged me to do my own research to answer their questions which further prompted deeper understanding. Additionally, it hinted towards other research papers and concepts that encouraged me to do my own separate research. In all, it was very educative.
This course provides a thorough introduction to journal therapy. The lessons are easy to follow and include a wide range of journaling techniques that can be adapted for different populations and settings. Overall, I found the course to be a valuable overview for anyone interested in incorporating journaling into coaching, education, or therapeutic support.
Very informative. Was able to follow the sessions even without a background in therapy/
