Alma Oasis was created in 2023, brought to life from the shared vision of two individuals captivated by the beauty and mystery of daily life but also by the climate problems and unmet solutions in our society. There is a great deal of information about the history and science behind Sylvotherapy, which is interesting but not essential for me but I am only half way through and I have learned a lot about Sylvotherapy sessions and so looking forward to learning more.

This course was very informative and thorough. It may be beneficial to add video here and there to keep attention. I think some pronunciations were incorrect in the audio, but it did not take away from the information.

Very useful and informative content, which seems to be well researched
Apart from the course being informative, weaving gently from introduction to the properties of trees and its significance, it invites and entices into the fascinating world of nature. They are our living examples and give us all that we need. If only we embraced the outdoors, we could discover its magic. There are still several modules, and I am curious to know, how this therapy could work in the winter months.
Enlightening and thorough!
I have enjoyed this course, being able to pick up each day with no pressure of when to finish has been great. It's broadened my knowledge and given me insight to various tree's and plants, I'm excited to see where it takes me next.
