A fantastic course

The certification in Sylvotherpay course was such a wonderful learning experience. I loved the ability to self pace, the layout of the coursework, and the detail provided. The information provided was both very detailed yet not overwhelming, easy to understand and enlightening. Menopause Coaching Certificate Course
This course covered all aspects of menopause from physiological to psychological aspects of this transition. The information is evidence based and in-depth followed by modules that establishes a clear plan on how to integrate this information into a coaching business. As a Registered Nurse I already had the basic foundation of the menopause transition but wanted a well organized course that covered coaching assessment, creating a personalized plan of care and evaluating patient results using validated tools. There are plenty of reliable resources and lists on various menopause associations that are available to access evidence based research. The value for the course is worth the cost.
