A Science-Based Approach to Ocean Therapy
This program beautifully bridges evidence-based science with the natural intelligence of the ocean. Very helpful, well structured course!
The Grief Support Practitioner Certification course is well-organized and very helpful for understanding key concepts in grief coaching. Coming from a background in mental health, I was familiar with many of the terms used and concepts outlined in this course, yet I still found it incredibly helpful in assimilating my knowledge and experience with information I was learning for the first time. I especially like that the course is comprehensive, with modules on self-care and building a coaching business to ensure that all bases are covered.

A lot of information
Overall the course was OK. It is a lot of reading and it is clearly AI generated so some of it is missing a human touch. Some of the techniques are frequently repeated and some of the ideas are a bit outdated, such as using zones of regulation which is not always brilliant for neurodivergent people. I thought some of the questions for the end of module test were strangely worded and didn't really give you clear understanding of what they were asking. I am glad I did it and it would be good if you are new to the field. or to give yourself a starter into coaching for neurodivergent people.
