Excellent course, really enjoyed learning about the difference between self-esteem and self-confidence and weeding out negative limiting beliefs and replacing them with positive ones.

Informative but boring. Listening to some read text and following along is boring, sometimes leads to wondering. A more visual learning experience will help keep students more engaged, and help curb wondering.
