Opened my eyes to so much more!
I knew what forest bathing is, i have been practicing this for many years. Excellent Flow and Information
I am half way through my Sylvotherapy Course and am very happy with the way it flows and the top notch information. I read and listen to the modules at the same time. It suits my learning style. self paced and informative
