A Solid Foundation with Plenty of Inspiration for Further Learning

The Power of the Nervous System: Shifting to a Slower, More Mindful Pace
This course was an absolute revelation. What fascinated me most was learning the concrete connection between brain science and the actions of our everyday lives. Before taking this program, it was easy to view effective coaching techniques as almost 'magical' shifts that just happen to occur.
