I’ve just completed the Biohacking course and can honestly say it exceeded my expectations. The content was practical, evidence-based, and incredibly well structured, making complex concepts easy to understand and apply straight away. Very interesting. I haven't realized the significant bond that humans should have with the trees. I have always been drawn to the energy of the woods as well as household plants but hadn't really studied the "why" until starting this course.
