This was a really comprehensive and interesting course which has added depth to my therapeutic practice
Its just okay so far. Not really liking the long Quizzes at the end.
Though I struggle with ADHD and Anxiety from many of my own negative experiences, I feel I am able to shift my perspective through this course and turn my negative thinking into positive outcomes through the exercises. I can visualize how I will be helping others down the road, and transmuting negative thoughts becomes effortless, as I work through this course. It's fitting into my life swimmingly.
Great
all the modules are very insightful
Good review but lacks depth
Enjoying the path so far.
It was great
I’m learning a lot dislike that the answers are expected to be word for word versus explaining in my own words that means the same thing
Love this so far. Feel like its a great course with great real world examples.
I love this program so far.
💫
I am happy with the course and feel that it was a reasonable investment. I have learned many strategies that I will be able to bring into my personal and professional lives and, of course, into coaching should I pursue that in the future.
I am finding the course contents very interesting and engaging.
The course is informative, and the suggested answers in the quiz are helpful. Wish there was some multiple-choice questions for good measure.
As a busy family woman and Support teacher, this course was more than accessible for me. It followed great logic, offered many check-ins and I felt very supported.
