I believe I learned a lot about play therapy and that it will get me prepared for my work with clients. I wish there were multiple choice questions for the quizes.
I feel there is an assumption of a certain level of confidence in terms that not everyone taking this course is familiar with. There are terms I have needed to look up to be sure I understand the context in which they are used. Perhaps this is because I do not have an explicit background in traditional therapy? I also feel that case studies could have a bit more information or details to better illustrate examples. I understand these are my personal preferences and or challenges but I'm fairyly certain I am not alone. Otherwise, I am loving the course.
Learning a lot of helpful tips that will help me with my clients!
I am loving the course so far however if you came in not knowing much about ADHD I think you may struggle a little bit.
This is pretty good.
In my certificate is a mistake. my surname is Pinterič and not Pinteri. If you do not have the letter č please give me a letter c.
The information has been great. Sometimes it's difficult not seeing a live person presenting the information, but rather having it read from the screen. However, the content is relevant and helpful and it's great being able to pause when needed to write things down and move at my own pace.
This course focuses mainly on adults, but I am looking for early childhood intervention. Some of the strategies are not explained well. We need to do own research to find out more about how to execute the strategies.
Good content. Quite dry but digestible. Questions and exercises are helpful.
its full of information, but sometimes feels unnecessarily too long and can be tedious
“This course is very informative and offers excellent exercises to work with clients. It provides a wealth of new and practical knowledge that can be applied immediately. I highly recommend it!”
love the detailed info. More robust than I anticipated
I'm enjoying the course so far, though I wish it offered some videos as well to mix it up a bit.
I like the course so far. Just would of liked a little more suggestions as the suggestions of play therapy is repeated.
It's my feeling that anyone could skip through much of the course work and still achieve the same result. There is a great deal of information, research and reference materials, all of which are easy to access, easy to save and useful. However, I find the format of try, try, try again with multiple choice answers for assessment, means it is up to you to decide how thoroughly you want to learn your subject. I am a qualified forest school leader and beach school leader already, so for me, it was very important to immerse myself in further knowledge, so that I can confidently offer this as a service, but for some, it would be an easy way to gain a qualification, without actually learning the material.
It is easy and friendly to interact. The audio has a couple of glitches, what you read is not what you hear. I am excited to start coaching!
