It was very educational and it helped me work through my own grief while taking this course.
I didn't know that Sylvotherapy existed, let alone "forest bathing" until I saw an ad on Facebook. The ad likely popped up because I was in Yosemite and I was unknowingly practicing forest bathing and connecting with nature instinctively. I was doing it because I always "feel better" physically after spending time in the forest and/or nature. So, the course was a surprise for me and I signed up immediately. I am not sure how or if I will use the knowledge and the certification professionally, because this was something I did for myself!

User Friendly, and Easy to Navigate. Lots of Information.
Although looking to use within my role to help primary aged Neurodiverse individuals, it is also really helping me to navigate my own ADHD challenges both within a professional and home workspace. The strategies offered are very tangible and can be easily utilised.
I can get the slightest knowledge about how to approach the clients or those needed.
Simply fascinated about the content. It triggers me to immerse myself in any form of art, more than lot I know.
