I knew what forest bathing is, i have been practicing this for many years. But understanding the broader umbrella of sylvotherapy and how it incorporates so much more than simply walking in a forest and hugging a tree ... wow, this has truly opened my eyes and i'm so very excited to grow as a sylvotherapist, teaching others of these incredible benefits! I am half way through my Sylvotherapy Course and am very happy with the way it flows and the top notch information. I read and listen to the modules at the same time. It suits my learning style.
