This was a really good programme to go through. It is thorough and gives the tools you need. Only thing was the inability to write in the boxes of the Module content where it asks you to create your own 'something' everything else was smooth.

Ocean Therapy
I totally enjoyed this course as in myself I learnt a lot about the ocean and how it can benefit us all in our life. This course gave simple yet effective ideas and practices that we can incorporate somewhere in our every day life and give us the much needed self care that we need in this hectic life. Very complete but extended
