Overall it's a great course! My favorite is learning about negative ions so far. I was a uncomfortable with the chakra and meridian practice, and the concentrated time spent on these. I think someone who is a long term practitioner of this work is the best person to teach. It's also hard to grasp and believe via this online asyncronous format.
The information in modules are good. However, to me it seems that the quiz questions are constructed very vague and not thoroughly , which makes it challenging to understand what kind of answer has to be there.
Course was great, and went in depth into just the right areas of importance. Would have been nice to have a little more focus on North American trees and plants, but it was still very informative.
Gained new knowledge re: the scientific facts n benefits about trees and plants and history . Learned the difference between hiking in the forest and forest bathing. More aware of environmental pollutants and their harmful effects . And the effects of different trees .
I am concerned with participants unfamiliar with plants, foraging for culinary Sylvotherapy. Providing them with the detailed information needed to do this safely seems that it would interrupt the peaceful therapeutic aspects of the experience.
Appreciate the way the course is laid out in terms of session progression and clear exercises to use with clients.
Lots of information so far I find quite difficult to assimilate as the presentation is too detailed with dates and facts. I really enjoyed the description of the different trees and how they have been used by people since ancient times

Good course, some of the content not relatable to my region (non-native tree and plant species). Minor complaint about speed of screen changes - sometimes, I thought the site was frozen, but it was only doing a refresh for the next screen.
I'm enjoying the structure of the modules thus far, and the information provided is pure gold!
Until now, I find all the information very interesting and usufull. Looking forward to learn more !
