A Science-Based Approach to Ocean Therapy
This program beautifully bridges evidence-based science with the natural intelligence of the ocean. As a Registered Nurse and practitioner who integrates both clinical understanding and holistic care, I deeply appreciated the research behind how water, rhythm, and environment support the nervous system and emotional well-being. It gave language and structure to what I’ve intuitively experienced in my work, while strengthening my ability to guide others in a way that is both grounded and impactful. Very helpful, well structured course!
The Grief Support Practitioner Certification course is well-organized and very helpful for understanding key concepts in grief coaching. Coming from a background in mental health, I was familiar with many of the terms used and concepts outlined in this course, yet I still found it incredibly helpful in assimilating my knowledge and experience with information I was learning for the first time. I especially like that the course is comprehensive, with modules on self-care and building a coaching business to ensure that all bases are covered.
