I really enjoyed this course. I knew spending time in nature was important - but to understand the details and the science behind it was amazing. Truly haven’t expected to be as impressed as I am. Each module builds well on the previous and I’m able to add so much depth to my practice already with what I’ve learned. I’m particularly impressed with the time spent on cultural sensitivity and encouragement for training that area. I prefer to listen to the audio while walking (ADHD myself) and it’s been great - I know it’s ai but I don’t mind the voice.
The content and quizzes were all above adequate for the subject matter. Let me go at my own pace which is appreciated since I’m also working full time.
