it's manegable and not stressful at all to accomplish this course
I learn so much from reading, further research and experimenting with my own body. I have become more mindful in my new lifestyle regime.
This course gave the chance to reflect, work at your own pace and explore scenarios. Highly recommend.
The content in this course was quite thorough and provided a lot of information relevant to helping coach a trauma survivor through the healing process, how to maintain appropriate boundaries, how to see and speak to the mind/body connection, grounding techniques, technologies, evidence-based therapies, as well as when it may be good to combine with culturally appropriate and/or holistic therapies in order to customize approaches towards healing. Overall, excellent content.
Lived the structure, the way and knowledge. You actually finish the course with a full sensation you have learnt.
Some of the information is presented haphazardly and needs editing. Aside from that it is solid and reflects what other similar courses are offering. Do your own research and extra study to round it out and you're good

Overall great course! May be a nice add-on would be including learning videos and the test questions to be with multiple choice just like the final exam!

pretty straight forward
The course was easy to understand, and each activity provided meaningful opportunities to reflect on and apply the concepts to my own experience of grief while also learning how to apply these concepts when supporting others through their grief.
The course was very informative and I found the information useful. HOWEVER! To take quizzes at the end of each that consisted of 10 essay questions only is unacceptable. If I had known the quizzes were essay questions only, I would never have taken the course. I found myself getting very frustrated at the length of each question/quiz.
Very Good Course
Course was easy and informative. had me engaged throughout the course and made me realize that this is something I've been wanting to do for a while.
This is overall a good course to follow - the handouts are excellent. I mixed up my learning with the audio and self reading as I struggled with the voice over after a while, but this does give you options. I would study again with Efficient Coach thank you
