Enrolling in the Sylvotherapy course felt less like starting a class and more like answering a quiet call from the forest. I feel as though I’ve returned to my childhood, when I used to discover nature’s hidden gems in the Slovenian forests. That’s exactly why I chose to study sylvotherapy—it brings me back to my roots. What truly stood out was how the course changed my relationship with nature. I no longer just walk through the woods—I listen, I feel, I connect. Trees have become mentors, mirrors, and medicine.

Good, just getting started
This course not only helped me to better understand forest bathing and the incredible properties of various trees and plants, but it also helped me to understand things that I was already experiencing in my own mindful practices. After this course, I can honestly say I have a higher understanding of the sensory value of nature and all the healing benefits that are possible just by being out and connecting with mother earth. I am excited to build a practice for myself and others.
