Gathered a lot of knowledge and ideas from the course. Ii is interesting to see that incorporating the correct art therapy exercises can be used to gain deeper insights into the hidden emotions for further growth and healing.
I'm really enjoying the course content so far as there's an excellent balance between factual science/ structure and sensory and emotional experience. I wasn't sure what to expect when I purchased this course but am happy with the course quality and am excited to continue learning and get started.

I just completed the course and despite years of forest bathing, I now have a knowledge and understanding of the science behind the health benefits. I feel more confident in leading individuals or groups in a sylvotherapy session for healing.
