Interesting to learn about different trees and plants. The studies referenced have very small sample sizes and numerous confounding factors. Addressing these limitations is crucial for maintaining credibility.

I just completed the "Trauma Healing Coach Certification" course. It had great content. It was well worth the investment.
My background is in forestry, so throughout my career I have been aware of the mental and physical health benefits of forests on a theoretical level.
