Very interesting and useful! It is incredible how it puts in perspective all the information we already have, innate and acquired, mentally organising it! Module 3 is so enlightening , loved every bit of it
very Educational, and easy tio learn. I have had experiences with aromatherapy, forest bathing and other Sharmanistic experiences during my life, but have never actually indulged in the content of what i was doing and its direct effect on the body and mind. very enjoyable
