This menopause course was incredibly informative, empowering and thoughtfully delivered, giving me practical knowledge and confidence to navigate this stage of life with clarity and control.

This course is well written, easy to use. I am thrilled with the depth each module delves. It builds on my personal experience as well as my career. I really appreciate the references made to consult your health provider when necessary. I am not a nurse or in the medical field. I have common sense, but certainly not in the position to make med suggestions or changes etc. I recommend to anyone who has genuine empathy and kindness. If you want to engage with, protect and advocate for someone you care for, or want to be informed to assist others, this is a wonderful tool to learn!

I am a horse professional. I train horses and teach lessons. I want to expand my business with equine therapy and coaching. This course helped me to form a vision and help me think how to build my business in the direction i want it to go.
