This Sylvotherapy Practitioner course exceeded my expectations in both depth and clarity. The content is well-structured, easy to follow, and blends scientific concepts with practical, nature-based techniques in a very accessible way.
I especially appreciated how the course integrates sensory awareness, mindfulness, and environmental connection into practical exercises that can be used in real sessions. The modules are engaging, and the explanations make even more complex topics like phytoncides and negative ions easy to understand.

WOW! This was an excellent training that provided practical, evidence-informed strategies for coaching autistic individuals across the lifespan. I appreciated the strong emphasis on neurodiversity-affirming practices, ethics, strengths-based coaching, executive functioning, sensory needs, and supporting client autonomy.
