Ocean therapy
The audio won't stay on once my phone goes off and then it keeps starting from the beginning its very annoying. I've spent so much time resetting it and then listening to same stuff over again

I clicked on the button with an idea that it wouldn't be deep, but it is !
I was pleasantly suprised about this course. Being a surfer and a Coach/ healing practitioner my Insta Feed combined these two elements of my life and sent me an Ad for this course. I clicked, kind of only half serious and was pleasantly surprised. First of all: I know how powerful and therapeutic being at the ocean is: now I know why. And knowing why increases my experience through the nocebo effect. There are a lot of therapeutic frameworks or mindsets that I find deeply humanistic, and inline with a lot of my training so far - and just well written. The facts and science behind the positive effects are well explored, the fields of application for ocean therapy and the suggested interventions are specific and easily adaptable. My friend and me go paddling or surfing on every monday, that we can make it. It ALWAYS makes us feel good. We call it "Doc Water" - now I know why and how this is so good and additionally how to incorporate this into my practise as a coach and therapist. Thank U !

Der Kurs ist in Englisch. Warum werde ich hier auf Deutsch gefragt? Ich finde, es sollte klar kommuniziert werden, dass alle Module in Englisch verfasst sind.
