I really appreciate the opportunity to formalize this through a certification. However, I found the content extremely poorly written, which is a real pity, as the content is good but very tough to read.

Insightful. Format and duplication proofreading very much needed.
The course is informative, however, it did not really cover anything that I did not already have an awareness of. It would have been better if the lectures were more interactive as at times the narration felt repetitive.
The purpose of this is to deepen my understanding of the diversity among my students as a teacher. I now have a clearer idea of how to support them more effectively and how to tailor my classes and sessions to their individual needs and ways of understanding. It has also helped me approach my teaching with more awareness and intentionality.
Great as a beginner course - but if I was going to use a menopause coach, I would want them to be much more knowledgeable and qualified. Useful course though, easy to access and follow. Good that it not only explains how to use different techniques for coping with symptoms, but it suggests how to run 1:1 and group sessions and build a business. Exam was too easy - anyone could have passed without reading the course. Would have liked more in technical, scientific, depth of knowledge of how the body is affected and the changes, including the different stages.
This certification had a lot of great information and resources to look into the research behind the training. It is mostly reading and writing. I have ADHD and I am a more visual and kinesthetic learner, so I would have preferred to have example videos included and maybe some more colorful charts and handouts. At least I have the information to make my own now with my clients.

I find the course very well structured, also integrating well with my prior Somatic Coach Course. I was expecting a few concepts that didn't come up, but it was already cramped with know-how and exercises, so would recommend it.
Overall the course was OK. It is a lot of reading and it is clearly AI generated so some of it is missing a human touch. Some of the techniques are frequently repeated and some of the ideas are a bit outdated, such as using zones of regulation which is not always brilliant for neurodivergent people. I thought some of the questions for the end of module test were strangely worded and didn't really give you clear understanding of what they were asking. I am glad I did it and it would be good if you are new to the field. or to give yourself a starter into coaching for neurodivergent people.
loved the course but a fair few spelling mistakes or wrong info that was repeated. really enjoyed it though and wrote everything down as i would love to keep the course to look back on, not sure if thats possible so i wrote it all down, hundreds of pages
For the most part this course is full of great content. With academic research to back up the statements that it makes. Lots of citations to peer reviewed research papers. The only reasons it doesn't get a five star rating is that there is a lot of repetition both within modules and between modules. I understand the need for reinforcing concepts so that they are fully understood but some of the repitition was unnecessary. The other reason is the system used to present the material is a little buggy. It crashed on me a lot and lost my place in the course. But those things are easily overlooked given the quality of the course materials. I recommend this course if you are serious about deepening your knowledge of the menopause transition.
The only struggle I had was to answer the quiz questions in my own words. But it taught me many ways of helping others and myself
I appreciated the richness of the content, especially the practical tips and actionable strategies for working with clients, which I found very valuable. It would be even more beneficial to complement the material with video components, such as short summaries or demonstrations, to enhance understanding and engagement.
