I really enjoyed this course and found it both practical and insightful. It strengthened my understanding of executive functioning, emotional regulation, task paralysis, and the importance of client-centered and culturally sensitive coaching. I especially appreciated learning how to adapt strategies to the individual rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.
