Il corso di Ocean Therapy è stata un’esperienza davvero significativa e trasformativa. Ho apprezzato molto il modo in cui i contenuti riescono a unire aspetti teorici e pratici, offrendo una visione profonda del rapporto tra natura, emozioni e benessere psicologico. In particolare, ho trovato molto interessante l’approccio simbolico e sensoriale legato all’oceano, che aiuta a comprendere meglio i propri stati interiori in modo semplice ma potente. Le lezioni sono chiare, ben strutturate e accompagnano gradualmente in un percorso di maggiore consapevolezza.
