Good introductory Course
This course is a good basic overview of somatic coaching. If you want to be more specialised you can go into one of the many somatic options. I feel confident adding this to my Life Coaching practice and helping my clients with their chronic stress and pain. As with all courses, the more you put in with doing the exercises and homework the more confident you can feel applying this into your coaching practice.

Grief Coach Certification.
I recently completed this certification and honestly, I thought it was fantastic. The course was well structured and easy to follow and covered a wide range of topics relating to grief and loss and supporting others through difficult experiences.
