As already focused on meditation and mindfulness, in nature, this course took it to another level. I especially enjoyed the science associated with mindfulness and forest bathing. Great course!

I really thought the Longevity course was well written, clear and very educational! Each module had concise information, helpful exercises and quiz's which build upon each other as the program progessed to the final exam. Very well worth it!
