I have loved every detail of this course and how it aligns with the benefits of natures benefits. The evidence is based both on science and spirituality, I want everyone I meet to feel about nature the way I do, I love being outside or close to my indoor plants, without them I would feel very lonely. Now I understand why and I want to share this with others.
I absolutely loved all of the modules and found them incredibly valuable in deepening my understanding of how to support women navigating this stage of life. Perimenopause and menopause can bring significant physical, emotional, and personal challenges, and I am passionate about helping women feel understood, supported, and empowered. Having the knowledge and tools to help women rediscover their strength, build confidence, and take control of their well-being is incredibly exciting and rewarding. I look forward to using what I've learned to make a meaningful difference in the lives of other women.

the course was so detailed and thorough, I learnt so much more than I expected, and with each of the 10 units having 10 essay style questions and then the overall final exam I really felt like I worked for it! I have the confidence now to talk about sexual challenges with clients and provide them a safe space to explore and resolve them.
This is so well thought out. Very interesting so much so that I want to learn more about how the ocean & nature have a affect on the body & mind & spirit.
I greatly enjoyed this course on Sylvotherapy. I learned that Sylvotherapy encompasses far more than simply forest bathing, and I now have a wider and deeper understanding of the benefits we gain from connecting with nature. I will be consulting these materials for years to come to keep learning about the therapeutic benefits of specific trees and plants.

The content of this course is brilliant and covers so much. It is not an easy quick course but the quality of the content is what is needed. WOuld be even better if it was a little more interactive
