Useful and full of interesting insights!
I really enjoyed this course. It breaks down NLP in a way that's easy to follow, with plenty of practical examples and exercises you can actually apply to everyday life. The sections on rapport, anchoring, reframing and values were especially valuable, and the final modules on coaching and putting the material to work tie everything together nicely. It's not just theory: the emphasis on improving yourself first, rather than manipulating others, makes the whole thing feel grounded and genuinely useful. Recommended for anyone curious about how the mind works and how to communicate better.

Good basics
I found the course helpful and well structured. It was a good additive to what I have already read in and learned from some books about NLP. It helped me with better understanding of some concepts and exercises which weren't absolutely clear yet. The only thing, that made me give only 4 stars is that there were some mistakes in the module tests, where the clearly correct answer was marked as wrong. -

Great course. Recommend.
Enjoyed NLP greatly. I had some issues with the meta (visualization), but ultimately I got the concept, and I'm trying to implement it into practice.

Bra men intensiv
Mycket bra med samma typ av information om olika stenar , det gör det lättare att förknippa dem med dess härkomst. Otroligt massiv info att ta in , behöver nog återgå när jag hunnit smälta och organisera informationen lite…
