good
I like the info that is being brought forth
I am an auditory learner and the speaker was extremely monotonous. You have a lot of great information to share but the presentation was incredibly boring.
It's ok, it gives some knowledge, but I wouldn't say that this is enough to become a nutrition coach. More is needed since it just scrapes the surface. Also, like all nutrition sources, this is highly biased. Every Harvard guru out there will have a different opinion (e.g. on vegan vs meat dense diet or lots other stuff), and this course certainly leans on specific recommendations that are disputable.
Its ok
I didn't really need this part of the course as I do not intend to start a business in this, as a nurse I am gaining my CPD hours and I am also wanting to do some voluntary work in the future.
Informative
There are a few conflicting spots. Talking about Amino acid in Module 2: 20 amino acids, 11 body can, 9 with food. Then in module 3 it says 22 amino acids, 14 vs 8. The talk of beef in module 2 is also very unfair as I raise cattle and there is incorrect information there
make me go slow , no feeling enthusiasm
so far, the information is not with the current data released from new studies. Just says more studies on long term needed. Example would be the cholesterol-released studies have now proven that while the LDL may go up, the size of the particles in the LDL is perfect. They’ve also proved through released studies that people with higher cholesterol live longer. On 10,000 autopsies of people that died of heart attacks, 82% had high triglycerides, while only 31% had high cholesterol. That’s significant… they now have case studies that show low cholesterol and Statins are associated with dementia and Alzheimer’s. And they are actually REVERSING dimentia and Alzheimer’s with the carnivore diet &/or creatine supplementation.
Although reasonably thorough, the underpinnings of the course content need more research. Some of the content is inaccurate, some a little contradictory. It's a very good introduction for someone with limited knowledge of carnivore diet, but for people who have good knowledge, it needs to be sharpened to improve content accuracy.
So far it has been very business heavy, but it all makes sense and is easy to follow.
This is basic sales - not what I bought the course to learn. But let's see where this goes.
need more scientific database to support it. but good to have a glance on Naturopathy
I didn’t enjoy the coourse
