As a RYT-500 yoga instructor, I am very comfortable in this area, I think this is a great way to incorporate a calming and empowering practice to help clients feel like the can bring back some control over their symptoms. The course work is comprehensive but easy to follow, I'm very impressed with the program so far.
I continue to appreciate this course for its informed teaching, thought-provoking questions, and real-life case studies that deepen future grief practitioners' understanding of the intricacies of grief.

This course does have a lot of good information. I should have done more research on it as I would have liked a less new age approach and something more balanced. I have gleaned good information and weeded out the new age references.
