Completing this online ADHD course was a really positive experience for me. The material was easy to follow, engaging, and respectful of how people with ADHD actually learn, as well as how to run effective and positive coaching sessions. I especially valued the practical tools and the strengths-based approach. I finished the course feeling more confident and informed than when I started.

The course is structured well with information that is resourceful and comprehensive. This is a fantastic course!
The Art Life Coach certification program held some very interesting information, and I appreciate the bushel of activities to boot. However, I was put off a bit by the general layout of the course. It wasn't very engaging or exciting, particularly for a creative course, and the quiz questions could have been worded a lot differently. Overall, I am grateful I am certified now.
I have a non-profit but trying to figure out how I can work this all in with our Pet therapy program. Learning a few things to apply so far.
